Happy iNSD Weekend

What a fun weekend it has been. I still can't narrow down my shopping list to stay in budget as there are too many goodies from my favorite designers. They really went above and beyond to bring us fabulous kits.

I have to admit I am a bit behind on designing, so please forgive me. On a personal note, I lost my mother last week and spent way too many days out of town taking care of her funeral and getting some of her things packed up. So now I am jumping back into designing and wanted to be sure I had something for everyone before iNSD ended. My mother was a cross stitch designer and truly believed being creative was important to helping one feel more up beat. She was my biggest fan and I have no doubt she is giving me that mom look waiting for me to get back to what I love.

The big announcement is a new kit released this morning. Tell Me A Story is a fun kit with a play on postage stamps and making sure the most important part of the scrapbook page is front and center: the journaling! And for today only, the kit is $1.00 at GingerScraps:

Here are a few samples from my creative team:

Be sure to pick it up today while it is only $1.00!

Over at GoDigitalScrapbooking you can grab My {Easter} Story for $1.00 for today only, as well. Now that Easter is over, it is time to get those photos onto a layout. This kit works for both pocket and traditional layouts.

See how some of my creative team members used their Easter photos with this kit:

Both of my shops are 50% for the celebrations. LissyKay at GingerScraps will be 50% until May 8, 2014. LissyKay at GDS will be 50% off until tonight.

Here are the schedules, as well as the announcements of what each shop has been doing for iNSD.

Also, stop by the LissyKay Facebook page to pick up my part of the GoDigitalScrapbooking "Love You Mom" Hop. You can pick up this free template:

Enjoy the last few hours of this exciting weekend and be sure to find time to do some scrapbooking. After all, that is what iNSD is really about.

 Sparkle & Shine!
